Tips for creating a User Name:

• Use a name that you can remember - maybe the name of a childhood friend your abuser doesn't know.
• Use a name that your abuser will not know and cannot guess.

Tips for keeping your User Name secure:

• Don't tell your User Name to anyone (this includes significant others, roommates, parrots, etc.).
• Don't write your User Name down.
• Don't send your User Name by email.
